ATIEL’s committee structure is designed to ensure its administrative and technical activities are carried out effectively. The General Assembly is the supreme decision-making body, with representatives from all ATIEL member companies. The Executive Committee comprises seven members - the ATIEL President and six other members elected from the General Assembly. Its responsibilities include managing financial and legal affairs, approving technical projects and supporting the President in representing ATIEL to third parties.
Each ATIEL member is also represented on the Technical Council, which coordinates all technical
activities. Technical Committees or Special Task Forces are set up to deal in detail with specific issues and to maintain contact with partner industry associations.
